Reservation Policy
To ensure your desired appointment time, we recommend scheduling your service in advance. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This information is held securely and will only be charged per our cancellation and no-show policies outlined below. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies:
A $25 deposit is required for all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to your treatment cost. They are transferable if you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Clients who no-show for their appointments or cancel same-day will be charged **100% of the scheduled service cost.
If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment if there is not enough time to complete your service. In this case, you will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
We understand that life happens, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, missed appointments affect our ability to serve other clients. When you schedule an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Depending on the time available, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, and the full-service price will still apply.
Refunds & Exchanges
Services: All service sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.
Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for store credit, with proof of purchase. Used or opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
Packages and Gift Cards: All sales of packages and gift cards are final and non-refundable.
Payment & Security
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card information is stored securely using encrypted payment processing systems. Charges will only be applied in cases of late cancellations, no-shows, or per the terms of your service agreement.
Communication Policy
Appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent via email and text. These automated messages cannot be replied to. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us directly at Quantum Aesthetics. Emails or replies to automated messages will not be considered valid forms of cancellation.
Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to review and adhere to our policies, including pre-care and aftercare instructions, contraindications, and disclaimers. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
